General provisions
- This document regulates the rules for making reservations and the rules for staying at Dom Szklarski Kamień in Szklarska Poręba.
- The operator of Dom Szklarski Kamień is Szklarski Kamień Magdalena Szablewska, 05-420 Józefów, ul. Marszałka Piłsudskiego 3, NIP 5321661311, conducted as part of an unregistered business activity.
- Making a reservation at Dom Szklarski Kamień means that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
- Prices are expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and are gross prices (including VAT). Prices quoted in other currencies are indicative and are converted at an approximate exchange rate.
Booking conditions
- Only the entire Szklarski Kamień facility, including the grounds on which it is located, can be booked. It is not possible to book individual rooms.
- Reservations for the Szklarski Kamień facility can be made online using a computer, tablet or mobile phone and a web browser (Edge, Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Opera) in the following ways:
- via the Hotres.pl booking system available on the website szklarskikamien.pl/rezerwacja provided by the operator HOTRES Sp. z o.o., ul. Osiedle Robotnicze 10/4, 58-500 Jelenia Góra, KRS: 0000947675, NIP: 6112816201, represented by Roman Korczyński
- via the external booking portal of our partner https://booking.com. - When making a booking, please provide the following information: date of arrival and departure, personal and contact details, number of people who will be staying in the house.
- The condition for making a booking is payment of 100% of the amount for the stay.
- Payment is made by fast transfer or by payment card via the operator Tpay.com (Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A., Plac Andersa 3, 17th floor, 61-894 Poznań, KRS 0000412357, NIP number 7773061579, REGON 300878437).
- The person making the reservation must be at least 18 years of age.
- After making the reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided in the form, containing the necessary information about the reservation.
Booking changes, cancellations, complaints
- The operator reserves the right to refuse to make changes to a booking made by a guest if this is not possible for objective reasons.
- In the event of withdrawal from the contract for reasons attributable to the guest, the price paid shall not be refunded.
- In the event of a shortened stay, the guest shall not be entitled to a refund for unused days.
- The Guest shall not have the right to withdraw from the hotel service reservation agreement, in accordance with Article 38(12) of the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended).
- In exceptional circumstances (force majeure, understood as natural disasters, seizure by any state authority, strikes, wars, riots, as well as deprivation of electricity, gas, heating energy or water by the supplier), the Operator reserves the right to withdraw from the contract.

Rules and regulations for staying at Dom Szklarski Kamień
- These Terms and Conditions have been prepared to ensure that all guests at Dom Szklarski Kamień enjoy a comfortable stay.
- All guests using the Szklarski Kamień facility are required to comply with the Terms and Conditions.
- Failure to comply with the provisions of the Regulations entitles the owners of Szklarski Kamień to terminate the lease (before the end of the booking).
- Guests at Dom Szklarski Kamień are required to close the doors and windows each time they leave the premises.
- The owner of Szklarski Kamień is not financially responsible for items left in the facility.
- Guests are financially responsible for the equipment in the house.
- Any reservations regarding the technical condition of the house should be reported immediately.
- The owner of Dom Szklarski Kamień is not responsible for children left unattended.
- The house is rented on a daily basis. A day lasts from 4:00 p.m. (check-in) on the day of rental to 10:00 a.m. (check-out) the following day.
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. the following day in the facility and in the garden. During quiet hours, guests and persons using the facility's services are required to behave in such a way that it does not disturb the peace of the local residents in any way.
- The facility may refuse to accept a guest who, during a previous stay, grossly violated the rules and regulations, causing damage to the property of the facility or guests, employees of the facility or other persons staying at the facility, or otherwise disturbed the peace at the facility.
- The maximum number of guests sleeping at the facility is 12.
- IT IS FORBIDDEN TO TOUCH THE WHITE TOUCH DEVICES ON THE WALLS THAT CONTROL THE HEATING AND TEMPERATURE IN THE HOUSE – THEY ARE AUTOMATIC.
- It is forbidden to place drinks on the pool table.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the facility.
- For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use heaters and other electrical appliances that are not part of the house's equipment in the rooms. The above does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audio/video and computer equipment. Fire safety regulations must be observed in the facility.
- The facility has an access control system and external video surveillance.
- Pets are allowed on the premises of Dom Szklarski Kamień, but they must not be left unattended. Pets must have valid health certificates and vaccination records. Owners take full responsibility for any damage caused by their pets.
- The owner of Dom Szklarski Kamień is not responsible for damage to or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to a guest, items or live animals left in it, regardless of whether these vehicles were parked in the car park or outside the premises. Leaving a vehicle on the premises of Dom Szklarski Kamień is not considered to be the conclusion of a storage agreement.
- It is forbidden to leave the fireplace lit while sleeping or when absent from the premises.
- It is forbidden to organise stag and hen parties.
